Sonisphere Festival headline the Mars Volta confirmed

Sonisphere Festival headline the Mars Volta confirmed to perform in the UK festival in this year on July.

Others acts include
Biffy Clyro, Metallica and Slipknot. Killing Joke, Four Year Strong and Opet which held at Knebworth Park on July 8-10.

The Mars Volta have currently finished work on their sixth album, which guitarist and songwriter Omar Rodríguez-López said that the marks the end of an era in the band's songwriting.

He said, "On this record, as with all the others, I wrote the music and then gave it to Cedric [Bixler-Zavala, bandmate]. But this is the last time I'll do it like that. I want to collaborate more.
