Judas Priest, Saxon and Whitesnake perform at Sonisphere Festival

British heavy metal legends Judas Priest to perform alongside Saxon and Whitesnake will takes place at the Sonisphere Festival in Bulgaria on July 8.

At the event also include Judas Priest will be coming to Bulgaria one last time as part of their Epitaph World Tour

Judas Priest and Whitesnake were confirmed to perform at Akedemik Stadium in Sofia on July 8, but the venue has been changed and now they will perform at the National Hippodrome in Bankya, where Iron Maiden will headline the Sonisphere Festival on June 21.

Sonisphere Festival 2011 tickets will available to go on sale on 31st March.

The Iron Maiden perform on June 21, also acts include on the bill such as Slipknot, Alice Cooper, Mastodon and Apocalyptica.

Rob Halford said about the band's impending retirement for Road Runner Records, "We're not the first band to say farewell, it's just the way everyone comes to at some point and we're gonna say a few more things early next year, so I think the main thing that we just want to ask everybody to consider is don't be sad about this, start celebrating and rejoicing over all the great things we've done in Judas Priest".
