Judas Priest, Saxon and Whitesnake perform at Sonisphere Festival

British heavy metal legends Judas Priest to perform alongside Saxon and Whitesnake will takes place at the Sonisphere Festival in Bulgaria on July 8.

At the event also include Judas Priest will be coming to Bulgaria one last time as part of their Epitaph World Tour

Judas Priest and Whitesnake were confirmed to perform at Akedemik Stadium in Sofia on July 8, but the venue has been changed and now they will perform at the National Hippodrome in Bankya, where Iron Maiden will headline the Sonisphere Festival on June 21.

Sonisphere Festival 2011 tickets will available to go on sale on 31st March.

The Iron Maiden perform on June 21, also acts include on the bill such as Slipknot, Alice Cooper, Mastodon and Apocalyptica.

Rob Halford said about the band's impending retirement for Road Runner Records, "We're not the first band to say farewell, it's just the way everyone comes to at some point and we're gonna say a few more things early next year, so I think the main thing that we just want to ask everybody to consider is don't be sad about this, start celebrating and rejoicing over all the great things we've done in Judas Priest".

Jackass star Steve-O confirmed to perform at Sonisphere Festival woll be headlining the Bohemia stage alongside Andrew O'Neill, Bob Slayer, Jason John Whitehead, Jason Rouse and Jim Breuer.

At the event Bill Bailey has been already confirmed to perform Sonisphere Festival 2011, According to news this morning (28 March).

According to the NME's website had shown that Sonisphere's Stuart Galbraith discussing the booking, calling it "the biggest ever live comedy show at a UK Rock festival."

Bailey or his twitter account by verifying that promised, and over on weekends, saying: "Sonisphere is on. Sunday night, on the Saturn stage, I will attempt to rock as I have never before, just before Slipknot."

Sonisphere Festival 2011 event held at Knebworth House, Hertfordshire from 8-10 July.

Biffy Clyro and Slipknot are first time perform together on British soil, 'the Big Four' - Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax will be line-up in the festival.

Sonisphere Festival 2011 headline Bill Bailey is set to confirmed to perform in this year on July.

On the bill also include Jackass star Steve-O, Andrew O Neill, Bob Slayer, Jarred Christmas, Jason John Whitehead, Jason Rouse and Jim Breuer.

Bailey will headline to perform at the Saturn Arena on the Sunday (July 10) of the rock bash.

Biffy Clyro, Metallica and Slipknot will be line-up to perform at the Knebworth Park on July 8-10.

Sonisphere Festival line-up ten more bands have been joined for this year.

Black Dahlia Murder, Black Tide, Firewind, Four Year Strong, The Mars Volta, Opeth, Killing Joke, Rise To Remain, Six Hour Sundown and Watain.

Metallica performance will end the Friday night of this year’s festival 8th July , Biffy Clyro will end the Saturday night 9th July and Slipknot will end the Sunday night 10th July at Knebworth Park.

Sonisphere tickets are on sale now, alosngside more acts to be announcment in the upcoming weeks.
