Sonisphere Festival headline 28 latest acts

Sonisphere Festival headline 28 latest acts are confirmed to perform in this year.

Bad Religion and Cavalera Conspiracy added to the bill, this music festival which takes place in Knebworth this July.

Other bands will also include Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, Anthrax, Biffy Clyro and Slipknot on the bill for the three day UK rock event.

Former Sepultura singer Max Cavalera - who appears in Cavalera Conspiracy with his brother Igor - said: "I'm f***ing super excited to be part of the Sonisphere Festival.

"We have a new album out, 'Blunt Force Trauma', and me and Igor are on fire. We are gonna play stuff from the first CD, 'Inflikted', new stuff, some Sepultura and Nailbomb classics, so it should be a storm of metal coming to Sonisphere UK. I can't wait!"

Today's headline also bands added on the bill are Cancer Bats, Hayseed Dixie, Pulled Apart By Horses, Sylosis and comedy act Richard Cheese with his group Lounge Against The Machine, among others.
